Kibe began his real estate career in 1992. Since then, he and his team have sold thousands of properties. Everything from single family residential, multi-family, commercial and lots of land. Kibe was voted Realtor of the year in 2001. Kibe served on the Valley Board of Realtors for 6 years and was elected president in 2005. He holds the following designations, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS – Only 3% of realtors hold this designation), GRI, graduate of the real estate institute and CDPE, Certified Distressed Property expert. Along with Real Estate Kibe has a passion to help children. He has volunteered his time and resources to The Children’s Place, a child advocacy center where he has served on the board of directors for over 20 years. In 2021, Kibe was honored to be the only realtor in Alaska to ever receive the National Association of Realtor’s Good Neighbor Award for his decades of charity work.
