Koltan is a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in the Mat Su, valley. Koltan has spent his entire life around Real Estate joining The Kibe Lucas Team at the early age of 14. He prides himself on being an expert from Anchorage to the Mat Su Valley. He has spent the last several years becoming a multi family and investment consultant. Koltan received his broker’s license in 2018. In his spare time, you will often find Koltan in the mountains on his snow machine, snowboard or mountain bike.
